Approved as "National Foreign Trade Transformation and Upgrade Base (Home Appliances)". So far, there are 4 foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases in our city, namely Guzhen Town Lighting Base, Xiaolan Town Lock Base, Nantou Town Home Appliance Base, and Shaxi Town Leisure Clothing Base (provincial level).

The foreign trade transformation and upgrading base is an industrial agglomeration integrating production and export functions that is supported and developed by the state and local governments. It is an important carrier for cultivating new competitive advantages in information, marketing, brand, quality, technology, standards, and services. An important starting point for promoting the transformation of foreign trade development mode and optimizing the structure of export commodities is an important driving force for achieving stable, coordinated and sustainable export development.

It is understood that in 2018, the total export value of the city's foreign trade transformation and upgrading base accounted for 20% of the city's total exports. From January to August this year, the total export value of the city's foreign trade transformation and upgrading base accounted for 28% of the city's exports, a year-on-year increase of 5.5%.
